ITEM DETAILS: Cast yellow gold red doublet, ruby and diamond ring with a 2.0mm — 2.6mm rounded tapered shank running into a 6.7mm wide head claw set with two 3.0mm round cut garnet topped glass doublets ad a 2.5mm round cut synthetic ruby and four 0.01ct old cut diamonds colour "l" and clarity "Il". The ring tests 18ct and weighs 4.7gms.
